Pandemonium!!! Aba Trailer Drivers And Nigerian Custom Services In A Face-off ( PHOTOS)
There was Pandemonium to.day in Aba as Trailer drivers Blocked Nigerian Custom Services over excess extortion of members.
It was gathered that the Customs officials came to seize a trailer container in Aba after they were allegedly settled in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state capital.
The trailer drivers who protested against what they termed as extortion by the officers – blocked the Port-Harcourt/Aba express road to register their anger.
The drivers blocked the major highway with their trailers as a protest not to pay another money to the Custom officers who insisted the driver must move the said container to a specific location until he settled them.
The incident attracted a large number of crowd which gathered to resist the officials.
