The Ekiti State Government through the Press Release issued by the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to Governor Kayode Fayemi, the Executive Governor of Ekiti State and made available to Igbere Tv News Reporter, Emmanuel Adeniran in Ado Ekiti on Saturday, the Ekiti State Government has debunked the rumours in circulation that the State Government has given statement to back up the dissolution of the existing local government structures as a result of the recent court rulings delivered in favour of Governor Kayode Fayemi and therefore called on the Ekiti public to regard such information as false and blatant lies and evil imaginations of the opposition in the State.
The statement equally urged “the Ekiti public not to be easily dissuaded, given or yield to this misleading report and mere fabrication of those whose main intent is to cause disaffection and troubles the peace already being enjoyed by the current Government since its assumption of Office in the State.
