Popular Nigerian Senator, Dino Melaye has attacked President Muhammadu Buhari for not submitting his certificates ahead of 2019 general election.

The Senator took to his twitter account to reveal that Atiku Abubakar submitted his own certificates but Buhari submitted excuses and asked law to prevail.
