Report reaching Igbere TV indicates that the certificate of return allegedly obtained by Rochas Okorocha’s Son-in-law, Uche Nwosu as the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate of Imo State is fake.
Igbere TV gathered that one can Obtain such Documents online and also parade them as having been issued by INEC by just doing the simply googling. All INEC Forms including the Form CF001 are available for download online. Just go through google on INEC website and do the downloading.

Igbere TV gathered that APC may not field candidate in Imo for the forthcoming Election as both desperate camps are not giving up yet.
According to aSocial Commentator, Barrister Kissinger Ikeokwu, one way of resolving the lingering crisis in IMO APC is for the party to do the needful by simply publishing the names of the Authentic Candidate of the party through the party Headquarters in Abuja.
In his words,
“APC, what we want now is APC Certificate of Return signed by Adams Oshiomole. Or official APC list of Nominated Candidates for Imo. Or a press statement issued by APC National Publicity Secretary. Or letter submitting list of Imo APC Candidates to INEC. I Hereby state that proof of possession or even filling Form CF001 is not a conclusive proof that one is the authentic candidate of his party for a particular office. We are not daft. Anybody including me now have INEC Form CF001”, he said.
