The rate in which people especially YOUTHS misuse Tramadol which ought to y pain killer is alarming.
There was confusion among residents after a security guard reportedly ran mad temporarily , on Thursday, in Lekki, Lagos, after allegedly overdosing on tramadol and other hard drugs.
According to reports, it got to a point that he started harassing the residents of the area and he had to be tied up before being handed over to the police.
