Disturbing report emanating from Bayelsa has it that former militants allegedly led by one General Cairo, has taken over the road of East-West road, Mbiama area in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state capital.
IGBERE TV learnt that the major roads has barricaded and totally locks down causing hold-up in major streets of the state.
It was gathered that the Ex-Militants are protesting over non-inclusion, after arms had been surrendered.
Gen. Cairo was once arrested by security agencies and kept in underground cell for years.
He was arrested in connection to pipeline explosions, and reported to be caught with live explosives.
