EBOLA: Mixed Reactions As Nigerian Players Visits Liberia For Intl Friendly
Even after World Health organization declared Liberia free from Ebola, Some Nigerian internet users have expressed fear and concern over the safety of Nigerian Players because of past the experiences with the deadly Ebola virus
Liberia was the country worst hit by the outbreak that began in neighbouring Guinea in December 2013, with more than 4,800 Liberians killed by the virus.
The players called upon to visit Liberia are: Ebube Duru, Mfon Udoh, Olamilekan Adeleye and Sunday Adetunji.
They are all expected to join 21 Super Eagles players on their return to Lagos from Victoria, where they defeated Seychelles 3-0 in Saturday’s 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifying encounter.
On Monday (Today), they will depart Lagos for Monrovia, ahead of the game.
