Zinedine Zidane has continued to enjoy quality time with his family as he continues to flaunt their vacation trips on Instagram.
The Frenchman, who stepped down from Real Madrid at the end of last season after steering them to a third consecutive Champions League success, has regularly posted pictures of his summer breaks with his family on social media over the past few months.
And Zidane was at it again on Monday morning. Zidane shared a picture of his family enjoying a peaceful boat trip out on a tranquil and serene French river.
Zidane captioned the photo: ‘Family in a beautiful place’. Zidane was pictured on the boat after going sailing with his wife Veronica and his four footballing sons Luca, Enzo, Theo and Elyaz.
Enzo was on the books at Real Madrid and made his debut for the club under his father’s reign, but now currently plays for Rayo Majadahonda in the Spanish second division leaving Luca on his own to fly the family flag.
Madrid’s third-choice keeper is the only Zidane left in the Spanish side’s squad after Enzo and Zinedine both departed the club over the past two years. Zidane’s younger two sons, Theo, 16 and Elyaz, 12, are currently learning their craft at the club’s renowned academy.
The 46-year-old cited ‘tiredness’ as his reason for stepping down as Madrid boss back in May and has certainly taken advantage of his new-found spare time to set that straight.
He has mostly spent it unwinding on holiday and has taken trips to Ibiza and Fuerteventura – and not to mention the several relaxing breaks around France – since quitting his job
