A yodele Fayose, Governor of Ekiti State, has described the invasion of the National Assembly by the Department of State Services (DSS) as an act of “shameful tyranny”.
But he used the opportunity to remind Nigerians of how he warned them against electing Muhammadu Buhari as President prior to the 2015 election, and how he never stopped criticising Buhari thereafter.
“Shameful display of tyranny at the NASS. At this point, we can only pray to God to save democracy in our country from the hands of these tyrants,” he tweeted.
“But I warned! I warned those who brought Buhari in 2015 and I kept warning even after he was elected.”
