Fani Kayode arrived in Umuahia last night with his wife, children and entire family for his mother-in-law’s (Mrs. Leticia Chikwendu) burial which will take place in Umuahia at 10.00am this morning.
Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu was out of town but they were given a wonderful reception at Government House by Deputy Governor Ude Oko Chukwu and his beautiful wife Lady Vivian Ude Oko Chukwu.
According to Fani Kayode,the people of Abia and the eastern zone are his in-laws and he really loves them. Their constant love, encouragement, support and care has strengthened and inspired him enormously and has helped to sooth the pain of losing his mother-in-law.
