The former Abia State governor, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu has built and furnished yet another Catholic Church in his home town in Igbere.
The new structure, St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Okposi, is located at Ibinata New Layout in Igbere, Bende LGA, Abia State.
It should be recalled that this is the second Roman Catholic church built by Dr. Kalu in Igbere. The first one is located near Camp Neya, the country home of the former governor.
The church, built and furnished by the business mogul was unveiled last Sunday.
Dr. Kalu was represented by the executive Secretary of Orji Uzor Kalu Foundation, Rev Mrs. Jemima Ola Kalu.
On the same day, a Sienna bus was given to a beneficiary as an empowerment from the Orji Kalu foundation.
