Last night, a vandal tried to take advantage of the heavy rains to vandalize Alwali Kazir 2 transformer in the Sabo area in Kaduna. He had successfully cut off the armoured cable but for the vigilance of a woman in the Community who raised the alarm and the vandal ran away.
