Ahead of 2019 election, Ebonyi state governor, David Nweze Umahi has decided to buy the traditional rulers in the state cars while an average Ebonyian can’t have access to good water.

Some of the traditional rulers can’t even fuel the cars because of hunger and lack of basic amenities which the Umahi has failed to provide.
