Another Kidnapper Caught In Lagos Today & This Happened(Photos)

According to a report shared by a social media user,a suspected kidnapper was caught today in Lagos.He was nearly lynched to death by angry mob until officers of the Nigeria Police Force in Ikeja area of Lagos state came to rescue him.
