Peter Obi, the immediate past governor of Anambra on Monday delivered another touching speech at policy and governance forum, The Platform.
His speech which sent turns wagging at Covenant Christian Centre, Iganmu, venue of the event spiralled into the social media as he became the number one trending topic on Nigerian Twitter.
The former governor who spoke on cutting the cost of governance lamented the situation where state governors borrowed huge sums of money for lofty projects.
