The judge adjourned the case on the requests of some of the defence counsel representing companies linked to Mrs. Jonathan for more time to study the case.
Patience Jonathan had sued the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, demanding $200 million as damages, after the agency froze the bank accounts containing a total of $15 million.
