A soldier identified as, Patrick Chiutsi, in Zimbabwe is seriously under fire from his wife, as he was caught sleeping with an underage girl on their matrimonial bed.
It was reported the Chiutsi, had to hide himself inside a wardrope after his wife arrived home. The man, who has also appeared before Harare regional magistrate, was said to have slept with a Form Two (JSS2) girl at Zimbiru Secondary School.
According to court papers, sometime in January last year, Chiutsi proposed love to the minor and she agreed. The two fell in love and on October 28, the complainant was invited to the soldier’s home and while they were there, Chiutsi asked to make love to her.
The juvenile refused but Chiutsi pushed her to the bed and covered her mouth with his hand before forcibly removing her underwear with the other hand. He then unzipped his trousers and forced himself on the child.
When Chiusti was done and was dusting up, he saw his wife approaching and hid in the wardrobe. She entered the room and ordered him to come out or face unspecified consequences and he complied.
The little girl was convinced to keep quiet about the whole ordeal by her mother in order to avoid being stigmatized but was later made to confess when her father heard of what had happened.
Her father then reported the case at ZRP Chinamora, leading to Chiutsi’s arrest and the young girl was rerred to Mbare Edith Clinic for medical examination.
