Nigeria’s federal House of Representatives at a plenary. The House of Representatives on Tuesday, May 31, passed 13 bills within 20 minutes at the National Assembly in Abuja.
The bills were passed after they were read a third time. However, a similar episode happened in December 2015 when the house passed 130 bills within 30 minutes.
