controversial certificate being alleged to be sized by the then Nigeria Army, as current President and Chief of Armed of Forces to bring out his Certificate, insisting that Buhari was not qualified to contest the Presidential election but due to the bad systemic nature of the country and lack of integrity on the part of President gave him audacity to contest election, stressing that Buhari had violated section 131 of the Constitution, which prescribes a minimum qualification for nomination to participate in presidential election and section 31 of the Electoral Act that stipulates all presidential candidates to depose an affidavit in proof of compliance with constitutional requirement to be President of Nigeria.
According to him,” Nobody is crucifying President Muhammadu Buhari unjustly but President Buhari claimed to acquire the Secondary School certificate in 1961 in the Form CF001 submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) before the conduct of March 28th, 2015 Presidential election and there is a caveat in the form that a candidate must accompany the form with the attached photocopies of acclaimed certificates and if Buhari truly ready to effect any change in the governance of this country ,he(Buhari) should be ready to abide by the rules and regulations guiding the conduct of the last Presidential election even as sitting President by bringing the controversial certificate out and he should not see himself to be above the law of the land. It will be a shame on the part of All Progressives Congress (APC), if President Buhari could not produce the controversial certificate in question”.
Speaking further on the one year in office of President Muhamamdu Buhari, Sulaiman who doubles as Chairman, Civil Societies Coalition for the Emancipation of Osun State (CSCEOS), stated that the President has performed woefully by not justifying the mandate being given to him by Nigeria masses during the 2015 Presidential election, described all the Buhari’s policies as anti-masses and undemocratic which against his electoral promises during the last general election.
He said, it has been very cleared that Buhari did not had clue to solve the mirage of problems facing the country as the Country got worst day-by–day since present administration came on board, urging Buhari to do the needful by resigning from office so as to avoid future cacophony brouhaha.
