A ward councillor of Echara ward, in Ezza south Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, , Hon. Igwe Friday Nicodemus (Kings) has surprised his ward with a big cow and different types of foods and drinks worth millions of naira.
According to Hon. Igwe it was an honour to be able to appreciate his ward with the cows and the items.
He said : “As a serving councilor, I have the honor of appreciating the people of my wards with the cow and the other items.”
“I equally made a donation to them in order to support the indigent ones. I believe that this is one of the ways to equally thank Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru for the good work he is doing in this our state”.
Our correspondent gathered that this is the first time a councillor will be appreciating his ward with items worth millions of naira in the state.
