An Abia-born cleric, Rev. Ubani, has praised the Senator representing Abia North, Orji Uzor Kalu, for what he described as “unprecedented” development projects that extend beyond his constituency.
Speaking on Kalu’s performance, Rev. Ubani said the senator has redefined representation by prioritising tangible infrastructure over token empowerment
programmes.
“Others are doing empowerment, thereby shortchanging the people. But Senator Kalu is rather using what he would have pocketed to fix roads , 1km, 2km stretches across communities,” Rev. Ubani stated.
“Other states and senatorial districts are praying for a senator who will be doing what Senator Kalu is doing in Abia North. We all should support him, pamper him, and beg him to keep representing Abia North.”
He added: “I have toured the state and seen his projects with my own eyes. From rural roads to community facilities, Senator Kalu’s footprints are everywhere, not just in Abia North but across other senatorial districts in the state. This is the kind of leadership that changes lives, not just for four years but for generations.”
Rev. Ubani urged Abians from all districts to rally behind the former governor, stressing that his developmental strides are a model worth emulating nationwide.
