The Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, has felicitated with an illustrious Nigerian Statesman and Politician, the former Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, CON, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
In a release to celebrate Amaechi’s 60th birthday, Governor Otti expressed joy that his friend and brother, Rt. Honourable Amaechi is alive and in good health to celebrate not just another birthday, but one that represents a remarkable milestone in his life journey.
Governor Otti recalled the many great and impactful achievements recorded by Amaechi, both as the Speaker of Rivers State House of Assembly, Governor of Rivers State and Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and thanked God for preserving him all these years to see and celebrate yet another birthday.
The Abia Chief Executive described the former Rivers Governor as a selfless and courageous leader and statesman with visible and heartwarming footprints of excellence in public service, and expressed joy that he has continued to dedicate his life to serving humanity .
Finally, Governor Otti, on behalf of his family and the good people of Abia State wished Rt. Honourable Amaechi a happy 60th birthday while praying that God would continue to bless him with good health and peace of mind as he ages gracefully.
