Amid the controversy over the Supreme Court judgement on the crisis rocking the Labour Party, Peter Obi has arrived at the party’s National Executive Council meeting.
Obi, the party’s 2023 presidential candidate arrived at the venue of the Labour Party NEC meeting alongside his running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed on Wednesday, April 9.
The meeting led by Nenadi Usman is expected to kick off any moment with party leaders and members arriving at the venue in Abuja.
This meeting comes days after the Supreme Court in its judgement sacked Julius Abure as the National Chairman of the Labour Party.
Also, the Nigerian Labour Congress led by its National President, Joe Ajaero has deployed members to take over all the offices of the Labour Party in Nigeria.
