1. El-Rufai will not join the PDP even if he leaves the APC.
2. El-Rufai said the party left him, not that he left the party.
3. Tinubu’s appointments are lopsided. His appointments are filled with his own people, not in a tribal sense, but rather people close to him.. 
4. El-Rufai said Uba Sani was a friend, but is no longer. The same applies to Nuhu Ribadu.
5. El-Rufai said the plan to get at him was masterminded by Nuhu Ribadu, with Uba Sani’s involvement.
6. El-Rufai did not care who became the APC presidential candidate in build up to 2023. His main concern was that the presidency must be from the south.
7. El-Rufai said he might join another party but not the PDP.
8. El-Rufai said he will not attend the APC caucus meeting tomorrow.
9. El-Rufai said people who believe he is irrelevant or relevant should wait and see in 2027.
10. El-Rufai said he won’t comment on governance in Kaduna State, as he doesn’t talk about things he has left behind. He cited his silence on the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) and his time as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja) as examples.
Lastly, El-Rufai is ready to face his adversaries, including his two former friends. He also redefined what a friend is, and unfortunately, Uba Sani does not meet that definition. Uba Sani is not a good friend.
