SeaKing Mocks Police As He Reacts To The Kidnap Of Afenifere Youth Leader

Seaking has expressed strong criticism of the Nigerian police, questioning their priorities following the kidnapping of Afenifere Youth Leader Prince Eniola Joseph Ojajuni.

In a recent statement, he pointed out that the police are quick to track and arrest individuals who insult the Inspector General of Police but seem unable to track and apprehend kidnappers terrorizing citizens.

Ojajuni was kidnapped in Abuja on February 17, 2025, with his abductors demanding a ₦100 million ransom. He was also reportedly shot during the abduction. A viral video of him pleading for help has intensified public outcry, with many criticizing the inefficiency of security agencies in handling such cases.

Seaking’s comments reflect growing frustration among Nigerians over the state of security and the police’s perceived selective efficiency. Many are now calling for urgent reforms, including the establishment of state police forces to tackle crime at the local level.
