The Senator Representing Abia North Senator District Senator Dr Orji Uzor Kalu has revealed that he has since August 2024 stopped using private jets for all his trips within and outside Nigeria.
The Senator in a recent video posted on his Verified Facebook Page said the decision was due to the economic hardship being faced Nigerian Workers and Nigerians in Nigeria.
“Honestly I have stopped using my Privates Jets and I will maintain that until we are able to work out the situation of the workers in Nigeria and West Africa”
For now I have grounded the Private Jets to do some other business for Oil Companies, they are commercial planes on schedules, and I will use any of them “he said.
