Ebonyians, Should We Miss Dave Umahi?

We complained of Dave beautifying Ebonyi while Ebonyians were ugly. We criticised him for making Ebonyi look rich while Ebonyians were poor. Boom FON came onboard and started sounding like a Messiah. We were all glad in high hopes. One year later, the sharing continues. With what is happening, one will prefer the money in the projects that will serve all of us than in the pocket of those that will serve their interests. Which is better?

I can tell you for free that FON is not Serious. He’s not ready for impactful leadership. This recent ‘thought of empowerment’ is a confirmation that he’s not ready for impactful leadership. He continues doing the right things the wrong way. How on earth will you receive billions from the federal government and decided to empower the youths with one third of it, only to share it among your party EXCOs and elected members. Where is the lie when we told you that that committee was a red alert.

Dear Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru unless you will request all the Senators, house of Representatives, house of Assembly, your party EXCOs and others who you shared this money to, to release the list of the people who they empowered with the money, you are only wasting Ebonyi money for nothing. If you don’t ask them to release the names, numbers and addresses of the people they empowered this 1.3bn Ebonyi State money with, you are not serious yet.

You have an opportunity to write your name in gold but it’s obvious you prefer politics than leadership. Unless you start doing things the right way, we will be here to remind you how our cry was mistaken for hate. The same people you are sharing our money with will mock you. We are watching. Keep sharing the money.
