Gov Fubara Swears In Caretaker Chairmen For 23 LGAs To Replace Wike's Men In Rivers (Photos) 

Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has officially sworn in Caretaker Committee Chairmen for the state’s 23 Local Government Councils.

The ceremony took place on Wednesday at the Executive Council Chambers of the Government House in Port Harcourt.

This followed their screening and confirmation by the State House of Assembly earlier that day.
