Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has said he would be keenly watching Tuesday’s Premier League game between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City.
Arteta was speaking after a 1-0 victory at Manchester United on Sunday.
The Gunners scored the only goal of the match in the first half through Leandro Trossard.
However, they had to keep their defensive shape for most of the game, with the hosts fighting to equalise.
“You don’t have margins for error; these are big teams that make things difficult against you and you have the will to win. That’s emotional. Today we wanted to open the door; last day in front of our people, our families will be there; let’s create the most beautiful day together,” Arteta said about the game.
When asked if he has Tottenham pyjamas, he replied: “We will certainly be watching the game. We watch all the games. We need the result. It’s football; there are always possibilities.”
