A Kano High Court has sentenced Geng Quandong, a Chinese man standing trial for the mu¥der of his Nigerian girlfriend, Ummukulsum Buhari, to de@th by h@nging.
Quandong, a 47-year-old man, was found guilty of the offence of culpable h0micide punishable with de@th under Section 221 of the Penal Code Law of Kano State and convicted accordingly.
Recall that on September 16, 2022, Quangrong stabbed his a 23-year-old to de@th at her family residence in Janbulo quarters, Kumbotso Local Government Area of Kano.
