His Excellency, the Governor of Ebonyi State, Right Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru has graciously approved the new retirement age of Teachers in the classroom to Sixty-Five (65) years and length of service of Forty (40) years.
In a made available to our correspondent by Chief Monday Nkwuda Nnanna, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, for Hon. Commissioner for Education stated that consequently, staff in the employ of Ebonyi State government who retired from May 9, 2023 are requested to proceed to the central payroll, ministry of Finance and Economic Development, block 6, Ochudo centenary city Abakaliki for recapturing and updating.
