The deputy governor of Edo State Philip Shaibu has emerged winner of the parallel primaries of the People’s Democratic Party PDP in Edo State.
The deputy governor won the parallel primaries with over three hundred and one votes while the Godwin Obaseki faction of the party is yet to commence the election as at time of filing this report.
