The Management of the Kano State Internal Service has not only debunked sacking eight of its Directors but described the news as fake, mischievous and falsely created to cause confusion.
An online media had reported that the Revenue Service sacked its directors over some financial misappropriation but the Management, in a press release signed by the Deputy Director, Public Service, Rabiu RiminGado, said the news was baseless and not true.
He said the Service actually removed the Directors positions due to ongoing reforms taking place in the organization but did not sack them
RiminGado informed that the directors are expected to hand over their responsibilities to their Deputies and report to the Office of the Head of Civil Service, Kano State for re-assignment, which clearly shows they are not sacked
