Supreme Court has upheld the Election of Governor Alex Otti as Abia Governor.
The court also dismissed Appeal by PDP and APC against the Appeal Court Judgement.
“Memebership of a party is a party is an internal Party affair” the Court ruled.
On the disputed OBINGWA Result, the Apex Court rejected it entirely.
