President Tinubu Strongly Warns His Ministers , Other Appointees

Bola Ahmed Tinubu , the Nigerian president on January 1st , re-afairms his commitment in transforming Nigeria irrespective of the indicating challenges to his set goals for the country .

He emphatically stated that poor performance from his ministers , appointees would not be tolerated as there would not be listening ears for failure.

The president in his speech, ” I took an oath to serve Nigerians and give my best at all times . like I said on the past, no excuse for poor performance from any of my appointees would be good enough.

” it’s the reason I put in place a policy :coodination, Evaluation, Monitoring and Delivery unit in the presidency to make sure that governance output improves the living standard of Nigerians.

” we have set the parameters for evaluation within the first quarter of this year , Ministers and Heads of Agencies with a feature in this administration that I lead will continue show themselves.

Significantly, president Tinubu indicated his determination to hold his team accountable and to achieve effective governance for improvement of the living standard of the Nigerian people.
