A section of the Iganmu National theatre , Lagos has Ben bunt down by fire out break
A statement made on Sunday the 31st Of December ,2023 by the permanent secretary of the Lagos state Emergency management Agency , Dr. Olufemi Damilola oke who confirmed the fire out break was caused by gas explosion.
In the report , he said, ” many 50kg gas cylinders and a bungalow comprises of three offices were distroyed by by fire ”
“The Agency received a distress call @ about 21:49hours and activities to he lagos state Emergency Response plan.
LASEMA Response Team from Onipanu arrived at the incident scene @ 22:00 hours of recorded Time.
He stated that no lives were lost and no injuries sustained to any one . However, the fire distroyed b many 50kgs of gas cylinders along side with a bungalow comprises of three offices .
“Further more, four big cows and two Rams were bunt completely while the affected area has been cordoned off off for further investigation.
He reported that there were joint efforts which brought the fire under control : Lagos state fire rescue service, LRT , the Federal fire fire service, The NPF , LNSC and LASAMBUS..
