Rivers Crises : Fubara vs Wike Political War And The Public Position

The on going political interest crises continue to deepen as resignation and party decamps leads in the news.

Report according to news has it that Governor Fubara ‘s seven Commissioners have resigned including the state attorney General (AG) , Commissioner of justice among others .

Twenty -seven members of the State House have earlier been reported to have decamped to APC following the River state speaker of the house of Rep declaration of 27 vacant seats in the state House .

while all are resulting from a disagreement between the immediate former Governor now Minister of FCT under APC administration and the elected Governor , Fabara who won under the umbrella of PDP.

The position of the public at the River state circle and Nigerians as Democratic citizens remain unclear leaving a wondering thought and confusion to young minds in the nation such as Nigeria that is believe to be a democratic nation .

The minister of FCT who is the immediate Governor of Rivers state , in all good works assumed during his tenure of eight years well spent without disturbance from any previous state leaders has been known to have moved on .

” I built a political structure and must not be altered or tempard with ” I mede Fubara the River state Governor ” are the core concern of the FCT minister. but of what motive?

Many critics accused Wike of undermining Democracy in the state , trying to claimed the entire state as his personal property. while many have called on the sitting Governor Fubara to focus on his constitutional duty and deliver Democratic devident to Rivers .

The war between him and his ” Political ” god father ” Wike , the FCT minister who is his immediate predisessor deepening on daily base.

Heaven a clearer picture of their crises known to Nigeriens and the people of River state , what is the position of state actors and Nigerians ?

Fear lingers in the midst of the Nigeria nation. if the truth cannot be upheld and Democracy consolidated, then, the center cannot hold .

Nigeria Democracy is dragged to the grave . as one man made himself over Lagos, the FCT minister want himself to be the same in Rivers . This has future negative consequences on the people of River state .

Past National leaders of our dear , country , State actors of River state , your patriotism cannot be mere words in public gatherings and paper publications only .

Nigeria Democracy in a slaughter house ! no one to salvage it .
