Azeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, aka Sam Larry, were ordered to be remanded in police custody by a Magistrate Court in the Yaba neighborhood of Lagos State.
The Lagos State Police Command had requested a court order remanding the pair for 30 days while they finished their investigation into the contentious death of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba aka Mohbad.
The Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled on the application and stipulated that the men should only be held for 21 days.
