The ward councilor was killed after being attacked by bandits in Katsina.

An attack by bandits on the Nasarawa community in Katsina State’s Funtua Local Government Area resulted in the death of Hon.Samaila Buhari Mairago.

 

 

Hon.mairago In Funtua LGA,  served as the councilor for Nasarawa Ward.

 

 

 

 

 

 

On Monday, October 2, 2023, at around midnight, the gunmen shot and killed him at his home in the Nasarawa neighborhood of the town.

 

 

 

 

 

 

According to reports, the gunmen attacked houses unimpeded and fired randomly.
