Bill Maher, a television host, has questioned thatvJoe Biden will not run for president in 2024.
While acknowledging that Biden has done a good job thus far and has restored some normalcy to the White House, Maher claimed that voters’ concerns about Biden’s advanced age and physical and mental stamina may prevent him from defeating Donald Trump once more.
He believes that Trump must be defeated or democracy will undoubtedly perish. He added that since even Democrats have serious doubts and perception has long since become reality, it doesn’t matter whether Biden is intelligent enough for a second term at this point.
The “Real Time” host added that age should be considered individually rather than automatically disqualifying applicants.
Regarding Trump, Maher claimed that despite being similar in age to Biden, he appears more energetic.
Trump is like KISS, he said. He dons the wig and face paint, and he looks just like he did in 1978!”.
