For allegedly raping his two nieces, who are 10 and 4 years old, in the state’s Karu Local Government Area, Adamu Sani has been detained by the Nasarawa State Police Command.
On Friday, September 29, 2023, DSP Ramhan Nansel, the command’s spokesperson, revealed this Lafia while presenting Sani and 28 other suspected criminals who had been detained for committing various crimes throughout the state’s 13 LGAs.
The PPRO stated, “Recently, a complaint was lodged at Mararaba ‘B’ Division that two young girls between the ages of Ten (10) and Four (4) years were raped by their Uncle.
The younger brother of the complainant, Adamu Sani ‘M, was given custody of them.
He cautioned them against telling their parents while they were working to support themselves.
“Police operatives sprang into action as soon as they received the complaint, got the suspect taken into custody, and the investigation is still ongoing
