After Adeniyi Ojo, the managing director of a hotel in the state capital of Ilorin, Kwara state, was discovered dead on Friday, September 29, suspicious circumstances have prompted the police to launch an investigation.
The examination of the body reveals no evidence of physical abuse.
After being declared dead in a hospital, the body was brought there and deposited at the Surulere general hospital mortuary for an autopsy.
The Commissioner of Police has in the interim mandated a covert investigation into the incident.
