JUST IN!!! Lagosians Lament Unbearable Cost Of Living

Following the the daily inflation in prices of essential commodities and utility bills of social amenities, a community door to door interview with residuants of Lagos state in Ajeromi local government Area revealed a server suffering by common or grassroot citizens who lamented the severe hardship beyond human bearable strength and readiness of mind, Igbere TV reports.

According to Mrs. Ademola, “We the common people are really suffering h*ll in this country ,the government instead of making life better for us she rather worsen living conditions. We cannot afford a square meal not to talk of 2 nor 3 square meals” .it was last Jonathan’s time that we boasted of 3 square meals a day .under former president Buhari,we struggle to get 2, square meals daily but now ,many people are not sure of a square meal daily ,the nature of hardship on the citizens is becoming unbearable she said.

In the street of Alhaji Rasaq where many young boys and men are jobless with aged women who are doing nothing a group of them said in this goverment,hunger and hardship is killing people . Mr. Ajayi ,a company contract security on off duty ,stated that those who are still managing to go to work are just peasant workers as the monthly salary cannot afford food for their families within 21days of the month, couple with high Nepa bills , and other domestic charges, he is left with no savings rather wanting a means to borrow money for transport to work for next month.

In an interactive interview monitored by IGBERE TV, one masters Endurance, a young man of 20years said, goverment is the source of frustration suffered by the citizens,for making laws or imposing economic operations system that bring about server hardship on the citizens. He stated that nothing is of a better life promise to Nigerians to have hope . “We are now living in a country where commoners are not sure of their tomorrow hence no security nor sure means of living.

It was discovered that we now have more beggars in the society , people who now beg to feed for the day both men women and children apart from the known beggars we usually have along the streets and by the roads and market places.
Growing inflations on the cost of essential commodities and basic social services on daily bases is dragging more Lagosians to poverty and increasing number of out of school children within the state .

“Basic food items such as rice,Garry , vegetables ,palm oil plantain ,maize beans ,yams ,meat ,fish beverages among others ,we can not afford again ” said Mr. Olaniyan of Tolu Road .He futher said those whom seems to afford little or few of this food items are totally living with malnutrition deu to high intake of poor nutrients food .

Report according to Isa yahaya of ojora street , who lamented the daily increase in the cost of cooking gas. ISA who is an articles Retailer stated that , as at last week one kg of gas was sold for #750 .00 but as at the time of this report, it’s sold for #900.00/1000 naira respectively by local gas Retailers in the streets of Ajegunle.

A 65years old woman by name ,mrs Nkiruka reacting , lamented how bad the country Nigeria is becoming .She itemised basic things the poor masses cannot afford today ,alledging that the government now has made kerosene, fish, meat, yam , pms, and other food stuffs that the poor Nigerians see today as commodities for only the Rich.she futher said, many homes have decided to live without using ” Nepa light” deu to higher and threatening monthly billing they cannot afford to pay. Which way is the government making it easy for People to survive? She asked.

Out here in the streets of lagos, Nigerians are suffering and dieing of hunger ( unable to afford daily meals) neither , education,health care .living in a country without security ,faced with server hardship and growing poverty on daily account.
