Gombe United head coach, Mohammed Babaganaru, says the postponement of the kick-off date of the 2023/24 Nigeria Professional Football League is a blessing in disguise for his team.
The NPFL board recently announced a postponement of the kick-off date for the new season.
The new season was earlier scheduled to start this weekend with the game between Shooting Stars and Plateau United.
Babaganaru took charge at Gombe United few weeks ago.
“The NPFL postponement is definitely a blessing in disguise for Gombe United,” he told DAILY POST.
“We need to make the best use of this opportunity to work on the team and correct our lapses.”
