After one month, the second child of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky has been given a name Riot.
The couple gave birth to their first child, RZA Athelston Mayers, who was named in honor of RZA of the Wu-Tang Clan, in May 2022.
A$AP Rocky’s most recent song, “Riot,” which was released in July and featured Pharrell Williams, is rumored to have inspired the couple’s unborn child’s name.
During her February 2023 Super Bowl halftime show performance, Rihanna confirmed that she was expecting her second child.
At the time, many onlookers had speculated that she was expecting after noticing her rubbing her stomach on stage.
According to sources who spoke to Entertainment Tonight after their son’s birth was announced last month, the new parents “will spend the early days of parenthood out of the public eye and won’t make any immediate plans to debut the new baby,” after the birth of their son was announced.
