Enyimba chairman, Nwankwo Kanu is upbeat the club will bounce back from their early ouster from the CAF Champions League.
The Nigeria Professional Football League champions crashed out of the competition after losing 4-3 on aggregate to Al Ahly Benghazi of Libya.
Finidi George’s side lost the first leg 4-3, and were held to a 0-0 draw in the reverse fixture.
A disappointed Kanu stated that they can’t dwell too much on the defeat but need to move on.
“When you lose a game, of course it is bad. But if you look at the positives from the game, you’ll say that they did well,” Kanu said.
“If we didn’t play well and we lost, that’s another problem.”
