Turkish league club, Fenerbahçe have submitted an official bid to Manchester United for Frederico Rodrigues de Paula Santos also known as Fred, clubs sources confirm.
According to the transfer market expert, Fabrizio Romano who announced the development, the proposal is worth €15m in total package, including add-ons.
He further disclosed that negotiations were ongoing on both the club and player’s side, adding that Fenerbahçe is trying to complete Fred’s signing soon.
