Lagos Pastor Taiwo Odukoya, the man behind Fountain of Life Church, died on August 7 in the US, and more details about his passing have come to light.

In a Sosoliso plane crash in 2005, Pastor Taiwo, as he is affectionately known, lost his first wife, Pastor Bimbo. She was 45 years old. The source claimed that the death left the Pastor, who had a well-known synergy with his wife, whom he had met while an undergraduate at the University of Ibadan, shattered.
On November 9, 2021, the clergyman also lost his second wife, Pastor Nomthi, a South African who had battled cancer. This tragedy was yet another tragedy for the clergyman.
According to sources, the loss of his twin sister a few weeks after his wife’s passing was essentially the final straw. It was difficult for him to handle the death of a woman with whom he shared his womb and childhood after losing two significant women in his life.
He was knocked off his feet by the health issues that began to surface, forcing him to travel abroad for treatment from which he never fully recovered.
