Former Leicester City midfielder, Danny Drinkwater, has opened up on returning to his old club and helping them return to the Premier League.
Drinkwater, a former Chelsea midfielder, said Leicester City is a special place for him, insisting that he wants to help the Foxes.
Recall that Leicester City were relegated from the Premier League last season after finishing in bottom three.
Speaking to Sky Sports, the 33-year-old, who has been out of the game for a year, said, “I would one hundred per cent go back to Leicester, it’s a special place for me.
“To help them get back to the Premier League is something I would love to do.
“It was hard to watch [their relegation]. You look at the squad and it is full of talent.”
