Bayern Munich manager, Thomas Tuchel has said that the club’s forward Sadio Mane has his deepest trust amid the player’s recent clash with teammate Leroy Sane.
Mane had an altercation with Sane after their Champions League quarter-final first-leg 3-0 defeat to Manchester City a few days ago.
Both players were said to have had a bust-up in the dressing room at the Etihad.
Mane is currently suspended after he has fully accepted the consequences.
The Senegal international was fined and will miss Saturday’s Bundesliga game against Hoffenheim as part of a one-match suspension after hitting Sane, who suffered a cut lip in the altercation.
“He [Mane] is football pure. He has my deepest trust after the mistake he made,” Tuchel told a news conference ahead of Bayern Munich’s Bundesliga clash with Hoffenheim on Saturday afternoon.
“Everyone can make a mistake,” he added
